Terms & Conditions
Definitions
The "Seller" means Network Systems Training (UK) Limited who's registered address is 9 Jenkins Road, Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 4EH.
The "Buyer" means any person, firm or company who buys or agrees to buy a product from the Seller.
Conditions Applicable
These conditions shall apply to all orders and contracts for the sale of products by the Seller to the Buyer to the exclusion of all the other terms and conditions unless confirmed in writing by the Seller.
Product Pricing
The prices for the products as set out on this web site are shown both exclusive of VAT and inclusive of VAT. Delivery and carriage charges are in addition to published prices and will be added to the published price when a Buyer confirms an order. All prices are correct at the time of web page build but may be subject to change without notice.
The Buyer will pay for the products (including VAT and carriage) at the time of order and payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Access or Diners Club credit cards; by Switch and Delta debit cards; or by cheque or banker's draft.
Credit accounts may be available at the discretion of the Seller which will be subject to credit checks and subsequent approval. A Buyer granted a Credit account will have payment terms that expect the Buyer to to settle the account strictly 30 days from the date of invoice .Credit account facilities may be withdrawn by the Seller if the account is not operated in accordance with its terms. To apply for a credit account please contact the Seller by phone, email or letter using information to be found on the website.
Orders may be accepted by telephone, fax, post or via the IPexpress Web Site. Written confirmation of telephone orders is not essential, but if sent please ensure that it is clearly marked "ORDER CONFIRMATION". This is to avoid unnecessary duplication.
Delivery
Network Systems Training (UK) Limited shall endeavour to deliver ordered products to the Buyer's address on the date specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the products whenever they are tendered for delivery. All risk in the products shall pass to the Buyer on delivery.
Any delivery date or time quoted is not guaranteed and the Seller will not be liable for any failure to meet delivery dates nor for loss or consequential loss of any kind arising from a delay in delivery howsoever caused. However, the Buyer will make every effort to deliver goods on the date agreed.
Delivery of the products shall be made within 14 days, unless the Buyer agrees to a later delivery date.
If the Seller is unable to deliver the goods within 14 days and a later delivery date cannot be agreed, the Seller will offer the Buyer a full refund for any monies paid.
The Seller shall not be liable for any goods delivered to the wrong address if that address was originally indicated by the
Trademarks
All trademarks are acknowledged as belonging to the registered owner.
Cancellations and Returns
Provided the Buyer has taken reasonable care of the products and that they are complete with any and all accessories, disks, manuals and other documentation, the Buyer may, within seven working days of receipt and at his own expense and at his own risk, unconditionally return the product to the Seller. The Buyer shall first obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from the Seller and ensure this is clearly marked on the returned packaging (not the item itself). All accurately returned product will be credited excluding original carriage charges. Please note that the Seller cannot accept the return of any customized goods ordered by the Buyer, or any software (unless the packaging is unopened and the software seal intact).
Returns
If within thirty days of delivery of the product the Seller is notified by the Buyer that the product is faulty then the Buyer may return the product to the Seller at the Seller's expense and the Seller will replace or give credit for the product at its own expense.
If after thirty days from delivery the Seller is notified by the Buyer that the product is faulty then provided the Buyer returns the product to the Seller at his own expense and at his own risk, the Seller may but will not be obliged to repair or replace the product.
Any product returned to the Seller as faulty which on examination is found not to be suffering from any fault will be returned to the Buyer at his expense.
If the Buyer does return any product they shall first obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from the Seller and ensure this is clearly marked on the returned packaging (not the item itself).
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our service or products, or feel that in any way we have let you down, please contact us on our sales address below. A customer service telephone number will be available shortly when our new customer service centre opens shortly. This number will be displayed boldly on the website Home Page.
Alternatively, send an email to Sales@ipexpress with details of your complaint. IPexpress will l endeavour to respond to ALL and ANY complaints within two working days.
If you feel that the problem is still unresolved two weeks after contacting IPexpress Sales, please feel free to contact one of IPexpresse's Directors, who will give the matter their full attention.

Exclusions
All terms, conditions and warranties (whether implied or made expressly) whether made by the Seller or his agents or otherwise relating to the quality and/or fitness for the purpose of the products are excluded.
The Seller shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Buyer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Buyer arising out of a breach by the Seller of this contract.
In the event of any breach of this contract by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages and in no circumstances shall the liability of the Seller exceed the price of the products.
For the avoidance of the doubt exclusion in this Clause shall not apply where the Buyer is dealing with the Seller as a Consumer.
Statutory Rights
This contract does not in any way affect the buyer's statutory rights under the law of England and Wales .
Choice of Law
This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales .
