IPexpress Postal Charges

Rates

Royal Mail - IPexpress use Royal Mail for the majority of parcels ensuring a 2-3 day delivery service. This may extend due to any unforeseen circumstances, but we will strive to get your items delivered in a timely fashion to the best of our ability.

Standard parcel charges are based on value and weight and small items are normally despatched by Royal Mail First Class or First Class Recorded delivery. For larger items we use a number of couriers who have years of experience in providing a home and business delivery system.

NB. There may be a surcharge for heavy items in excess of 10Kg.

Next Day - Customers requiring express next day delivery can request this by contacting service@nstuk.com. If this is possible then we will endeavour to comply with your request.

Returns

Goods may be returned if found to be genuinely faulty or deficient and IPexpress will refund the cost of postage in full if goods are returned within 5 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods for return should be sent to:

83 Beech Avenue, Cramlington, Northumberland NE23 6XS

Return parcels should be clearly marked 'RETURNED'.

Delivery Locations

IPexpress primarily deliver to addresses within the United Kindom, but will also deliver to some other European countries including Germany, France and the Netherlands. If in doubt then contact us at sales@nstuk.com
